Butterflies Galore 24/4/10

There were plenty of butterflies around the North Tees Marshes today. It was the first day of the year when they were really visible flying around and enjoying the sunshine. Small White, Orange Tip (female), Small Tortiseshell, Comma and Peacock were recorded.

7 moths caught - 5 species, including Herald (1st for the garden)

26 moths caught - 7 species uncluding a 1st Twenty Plume Moth & a Satellite.
