2011 Year List

Today, I went for walk around Ropner Park in Stockton-on-Tees and was surprised to hear a few spring migrants singing in the afternoon sunshine. There were at least 6 Chiffchaffs and 1 Willow Warbler singing amongst the common local residents such as Great Tit, Blue Tit, Coal Tit, Dunnock and Blackbird. As I walked around the park lake a Treecreeper land a couple of feet away on a Willow Tree and I think it is the first I have seen in the park. 2011 Year List = 113 Species (Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler & Treecreeper)
